Didn't recognize the phone number on my cell phone's caller ID so I didn't answer the call. The caller hung-up without leaving a message. I will block this number so as not to receive any more calls from it.

Just received call on mobile from same number, from unincorporated Hazel Green, AL. Did not answer, but a voicemail was left by robo-caller, "last chance to lower credit card interest rates". Number has been blocked
Called my cell and did not leave number. When I called back, message said your call did not go through. Reverse look up yielded: James Breece, 732 Jimmy Fisk Rd, Hazel Green, AL 35750, He is a dirty rotten credit card scammer scum of the earth. I will block the the number from my phone.
