I was received the following text message. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE WON A MERCEDES BENZ E-240 (US $200000)FROM GERMAN MOTORS/D.T. DOBIE (KENYA) CONTACT MR. WASHINGTON ON: +254725755858 FOR MORE DETAILS.
When I called the number I was told to call back in 5 minutes. I think its a scam as no Mercrdes E240 values US$200000 on the world market. Thanks for publicising this. Keep up the good work.

I got a message on my cell phone yesterday, January 22, 2009 saying "Congratulations! You have won a Mercedes Benz E-240 (US$200,000)from German Motors/D.T. Dobie (Kenya) contact Mr. Washington on 256718099829 for more details.
From I saw it, I know it was a scam as I did not enter any competition.
I google the number and found out that a large number of persons received message from the same number.
