They called me a [***] and said I was wasting his time because I kept asking questions he couldn't answer. I said but you called me. It seems you are wasting my time. And they were from the United States grant agency too. Said I had 7000.00 free money to do as I wanted to with it. Don't have to pay it back. All they needed was my routing number and checking account number. I said can you just send me a check. No that wasn't an option. He yammered something about a credit card I questioned that too. Wasn't sure if he was going to send me a credit card or wanted a credit card number. Either way he spewed his obscenities at me.
