We have received the same calls daily.  We finally decided to answer it.  It is a telemarketing call from charter.  I suggest you answer it and tell them to not call back...

Charter trying to sell TV to people who have internet or internet to people who TV. Asking to be on do not call list will have no effect, they just keep on calling.
