call my house and when the answering machine comes on they hang up. call twice within 5 minutes

This number as well as 890-5529 and 5524 calls claiming to give a free restaurant gift card If someone can come inspect our kitchen sink and water and then we take a survey on the satisfaction of our water supply. Think this is a scam

They got my number from a survey I took at home depot.
