Young women called my cell phone (strange, since I have a land line number I give out for doctors, associates etc) and ask for me, except she mispronounced the last name (spelling error), and I have not had that implied last name for over a decade (did not tell her that). When I told her that I was not this person, she corrected the pronunciation (too little, too late!). She mentioned that this call was related to important business concerning.... a S.S. number ending in (stated the four last numbers). I did not recognize the number and I responded that I was not this person, and I did NOT give her my S.S. information. She sounded flustered as she thanked me, apologized, and hung up. Sounds like somebody was on a fishing expedition.
This is a follow-up to my above report. The company is called Dynamic Recovery Solutions. It is a scam...and I was right, they were on a fishing expedition. They want to '"recover money," aka money you do not owe, but might have forgotten you don't so you will pay up anyway. Call type: Swindle/ fraudulent Hang Up
