Who called from 2604085876

Received a call, but they left no message.  When I called the number back, it rang a few times and then stopped, and no one answered.

Called twice today and yesterday.  Leaves threatening message that I will have to appear before a federal magistrate if I ignore.  Called about a week ago with same message using different number.  Recorded message is by same person with foreign accent.

AI voice call - you answer, they pickup and ask how you are. You reply and there is a moment of dead space then the voice continues with "we will be in your area . . .  ", you interrupt and say, "you're a recording?" the voice stops for a moment and then chuckles and says "oh no, we must have a bad connection" then there is some electronic noise and the call ends

I got that same routine.  Why doesn't our government crack on these people and throw them into jail?

Incoming call. Not recognized.  Did not answer.  No message left. Checked Internet for source area.  Indiana - don't know anyone in that state.  Sharing.
