CID said Cell Phone IN. Area code is for Northeast Indiana. No message was left. As I write this, I see just one other person here that received a call from this number, 6.5 hours ago. Given that they went to the trouble of creating a fictitious CID, and they're calling multiple people and not leaving messages, I'd say they fit the profile of a scammer / telemarketer. Now blocked.
