This is Time Warner Cable offering a home phone line for a discounted price. When i told her that I dont use a home phone, only a cell, she insisted that I would need a home phone and that this was an excellent offer. I said unless the rate applied to a cell, I didnt need it, and she then tried to insist, so i hung up.
