Just got a call from this number. Caller ID said Judy Teague. I answered the phone. Some guy on the other end with a heavy accent said he was calling about my computer. I stopped him and said caller ID says Judy Teague and obviously you aren't her so this is a scam and I hung up.
Just only yesterday I was listening to a computer person on the radio about a scam, where someone calls about your computer representing themself from Microsoft and says something along the line at they have detected unusual activity on your computer and asked you to do things and eventually they end up putting a virus/ramson ware on your computer....beware!

I also just got a call from this number. As I sometimes do receive legitimate international calls, I have noted that for international calls other than calls from Canada, my Caller ID shows only the first 10 digits in the calling number with no indication that the call is actually international with more than 10 digits in the number, with the first 2 or 3 digits being the country code, the following digits being the area code within the originating country with typically the last digits in the actual number not being recorded at all. The actual originating phone number for this scam call is probably 260-489-9680?????, with 260 being the Zambia country code (as recorded by Jane below), with the first 10 digits merely aliasing and (incorrectly) identifying an Indiana (Fort Wayne) number within area code 260 which by chance may belong to, and identify some innocent subscriber or even a number not in service. Phone Caller IDs should have the capability to distinguish between international calls and calls within the USA and Canada.
