Received a call from BRS. Caller wanted to speak to me and wanted to verify my birthdate. I said that I had never heard of BRS. She said that they had sent me several letters at my home address (and proceeded to recite the correct address!). She was calling to follow up the letters. I continued to insist that she tell me why she was calling. She accused me of shouting at her. I said I wasn't shouting but was not going to confirm my birthdate until she told me the nature of her business. She then got very angry with me, told me to have a nice day (in a very condescending tone), then hung up on me!
It's capital One and you're probably a little late on a pymnt. They have a legitimate reason for calling you. No need to be upset just crap $ like me and pay them.
