Called at noon on my cell. Did not pick up, no message.

Has called me twice at 10 am, but only ever rings for 5 seconds and then hangs up

Called my work cell phone.  Left no message.

Called my cell but didn't leave a number.  I called back from my work phone and I got a recorded message saying "It's Julie and I have a $100 reward voucher for you"

picked up because it stated a local town, they hung up before I could say hello
