"Are you a senior citizen....American Heart Association" Press 1 for a live person? Nope, got cut off. We are on both the Fed & the State do not call list and constantly get calls from these people. I actually listened to the whole thing last week and heard a spiel about Life Alert. At the end it says if you want to talk to someone to press 1 and stay on the line....well, I got cut off after pressing 1 so this is probably some sort of scam. Wish we could get these kind of calls to cease!!
I keep getting several calls from this idiot the past two days. One search said this was in the Elm Grove area. Who can I report this as harassment to? I'm on the do not call list. Maybe it's some slime ball politician that I wouldn't vote for anyway. This caller is wasting the batteries on my phone. Maybe someone can bring this number to the attention of Fox6 or WISN to see who this moron is?
We have had many calls from this number in the past couple months.
We are subscribed to no call Wi as well as National.
How can this keep happening?
What good does it do to sign up if the calls just keep coming through???
Automated call offering emergency contact services for seniors, like you would see advertised on TV (The kind you wear around your neck, and if you need help, you push a button and it calls 911 for you). There was an option to press 1 to speak to a live agent. After being connected with a person, he refused to give out any information. He claimed to be located in Orlando, FL and his name being Michael Wilson, however, he took a few tries to spell what is supposedly his own name.
We are on the do not call list, and this call is not exempt. More than likely a scam, although, the phone number via caller ID may not be the originating number.
I received a call and a message from this number on my land line. It was an automated message and the first part was gone as it must have been "running" while my own announcement was on. I will be on the "Do Not Call" list starting April 1st.
