Just got a call. Have had 262 calls for cancer but different #'s. They call from all over the USA. I didn't donate last year and calls eventually ceased. Donated this year and have been bombarded with calls from numerous #'s. That will be the LAST time I donate to a cancer group. They are vultures. Good cause but there way of getting donations STINK. I refuse to answer my phone when I don't know who is calling. There must be a lot of suckers around or they would give up calling. I think the government should step in and put a stop to this form of harassment.
I also got the same numbers on my caller ID as you. I am not sure who it is but it seems like a scam because they are "Spoofing" their number. If you find out let me know.
I received a call from 262-258-0000. When I answered, they asked for someone (couldn't quite make out who they were asking for), and when I said who is calling, they hung up.
