Said he was from Windows. There are error messages including what was identified as a Trojan virus.  Then smacked me with a $299 3-year plan.  RED FLAG.  Called shop where I bought the computer.  He said these people were not from Windows.  He could choose any computer on the floor and there would be error messages on it.  Still, checked about the virus.
