this needs to stop, no one should be able to call our phone unless we want. there has to be some sort of law to prevent such calls as we are on the no call list but still get these...

Actually had this number call on a SUNDAY morning at 10:30.
When the voice mail picks up, you hear nothing but static. It comes up (this number) at least once a week! The caller ID reads "Menomonee Fa WI".
