Its a company called ADF, a collection agency.

multipule calls to my cell phone mostly in the morning.  no message left

Called and i missed it, left no msg. I called back and they identified as a credit card debt company.   They called back in the evening, the guy was very nice,  when i said i have no interest he said he will remove my number.
