I've had my phone since 2007 and they call ever so randomly for this guy. I told them don't threaten.... sue the guy. Its way to late. 2 years statute of limitation in this State. I also asked where do I legally mail them a letter to remove my number. I don't care....in my State its $500.00 each time they call me and I have 2 years to file. So I created a contact for them and all their calls are being saved. Momma's going on vacation courtesy of the stupid!!
Left nest stating mediation dept calling before filing allegations. Recorded info no name no company name. Scammers. I have no issues on my credit report. We are qualifying for a home and I've been monitoring very carefully
Robocall left message demanding I call mediation department before they filed allegations. Wish someone would put this particular scum out of business. Another variation on the sort of call that has been going on weekly for months from different numbers. Same computer generated name with no company info and a bogus case number.
Some auto call about legal action and some case #????????????? Credit report is good nothing ever sent by mail. Mediation group? 262-297-6476. Strange numbers i never answer. Got ripped off years ago $1200.00 out of an account due to not knowing about scams nor laws. Beware
Some scam debt collector attempting to scare people about "fraudulent charges" complaint being filed. It's a scam folks, they are a debt collector acting illegally.
