recieve this call about once a month, hangs up as soon as I answer. Caller ID only says west bend WI

SCAMMERS. Called and hung up when I answered. I called back and they CLAIM to be some company called Time Investment Company. Yea a scammer.

TIME is a collector.

Called my cell. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize or that have no caller ID. Left no message.

Update to my previous message: They left a voice mail which appeared on my phone long after they called (i.e., my phone co's (TracFone) fault). The woman claimed that "Floyd" had ordered "siding" and they needed to verify his account. It seems reasonable that they misdialed my number, or "he" gave a bogus (my) number, for whatever reason, but, either way, I am not returning or answering the call.
