I received this unsolicited call around 7Pm on 6/28/2016. They left no message.

6/29/16, 9:24 a.m.  Just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  I answered but no one was on the line, so I hung up.

I have been getting non stop calls from random WI numbers (I live in Wisconsin) that leave no message, and upon searching the numbers find that others are as well on the same day. I just keep blocking, and they just keep calling.
