I have been getting calls from (262)432-9007 also claiming to be filing fraud charges. Man calling doesn't have his script memorized and stumbles to identify himself as Mr. Maxwell a PARTNER at Goldberg & Maxwell. when asked which county he is filing he has wrong county..lol
I informed him that I would not accept any further calls until I received documentation they had a legal claim to collect this debt. 45 days later I have not gotten anything and he calls again. he gets angry and says "enjoy court" I called back and told him "any further calls before the court date with be harassment and I will file." Next time read the fair debt collection Practices act buddy... I have u on tape violating it 4 times... its a collection agency mascarading as an law office...lmao
My lawyer will have a field day, especially after the class action suit in Fla for the same thing.
Got a call from this number saying I was under investigation and that they was turning me over to local police for check fraud. And that they was going to take my paychecks. Got scammed last year with the same line so I'm not falling for this one again. I guess if it is true I will receive papers.

Thanks for the heads up because that same # is calling my work and my home. I already told my family to tell them to stop calling there and I have them blocked and reported to FTC from my cell phone. Now it's time for them to stop calling my place of employment and just send whatever fake info they have to me via mail. I'll wait. Had this happen to me last year and still never received anything in the mail from another company claiming the samething Weinberg and Associates in Buffalo New York.
