they call allot but leave no message nor answer when I tell them to stop calling,all I hear in the background is computer noise.

Call appears as Racine, WI.  They call, don't leave a message, and hang up on ME when I try to call back.

Shows up on CID as BC Fin Assist. No message left on voice mail.

I believe there soliciting money for something called breast-cancer financial assistance

I talked to them, said they were collecting funds for breast cancer survivors.  Very aggressive sales pitch, had to hand up since she wouldn't take no for an answer.
