Got a call from this number today. Person on the other end, who sounded like he was from Pakistan, India, or Banglaesh, asked for me by my last name and said he was from "Windows Update" and proceeded to tell me that my computer was not getting updated for the past couple of weeks. He was calling to help me fix it! Thank goodness! But wait, my computers have been updating properly. Could this be a scam of some sort. Of course it was, Virginia, and told him, "good bye." This is a new wrinkle in a very old and tiresome scam. A search of this number came back with nothing noted at this or any other website. But it does look like they are spoofing the number of a real person from Wisconsin, which I hate to see since it could happen to anyone these days.
