Kijiji scam, wants me to send 500$ down payment to secure an apartment before the keys get couriered to me.

This number texted me from a kijiji ad I posted, talking about a crazy good place for only $1200 with a $800 dd.
Said he lived in the states and needed the money since his wife was sick. This is a SCAM!!! Do not send money. Too good to be true.

This number just texted me from a post I put on Kijiji offering a 2 bedroom unit in Fort McMurray for $1600 with $800 down, same story as above, wife dead, moved to STATES, etc...>SCAAM
