Called for someone I know, but don't associate with. Asked how they got my number and they would not say. Said I may have been a contact person for the person an I assured them there was no way possible.
I got a call on my cell phone at work...the reason why I'm complaining is that when they called it was a automated system that told me to press 1 to continue...I then was on hold for about 5 minutes before an operator came on the line and started asking me questions on why I called, who I am and what number I called from. If this is indeed a collection agency for Aurora, then any LEGIT business knows that you have to IDENTIFY yourself, why you are calling, who you are calling for and make aware that the call is being recorded. Do not call me asking me questions when you should have my information in your system. I hung up, I don't care if it is a collection agency their way of communication is very unprofessional and they will never get any of my time.
