This is a number for Herbal Group.  They asked for my husband and when he talked with them, he told me that the person said they were from "Herbal Group" and that my husband was "unsatisfied" with a product he used (not true!) and started laughing at him.  They hung up on him.  These people are a joke and I highly suggest if you see this number on your caller ID: Do Not Answer!
BTW, I told them FIVE times to take our number off of their call list.  
Call came in on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 10:52am central time.  It said "Wisconsin Caller" on caller ID.
