Recieved text message from this number that said 'Hey Becky' I have no idea who it is.

Received a text from this number saying :hi (My Name), i asked them who they were and then they wanted me to add them on skype, i then asked again who they were and they replied : sry I have no signal ;(

This [***] texted my new iPhone5, saying... "Hi Dianna".  It said ....

I responded...  Who are you?  And, the response was his:
