Not good advice to give him a chance. Anyone who is legit can easily state who they are why they are calling without having to lie to get past reception. Be smart...do not give out your credit card over the phone, email, fax, etc. to someone you have never met!
This guy calls saying he wants to talk to my CEO before he catches a flight. I could hear the telemarketers in the background and the phone # is a land line not a cell phone. What is the "group" really selling?
He is trying to sell thickets to the Masters, or at least that is what he keeps telling me. He claims to be Aaron Daniels. He lies to reception as to why he calling in hopes to get throught to one of the Partners at our firm.
If it's the Princeton Group they offer premier sporting packages for the Masters and other major sporting events for companies to entertain clients. A very legitimate company to say the least (husband has clients that use them)...might be worth the time to hear what they have to offer.
