Who called from 2627375599

Got a text message from this number:
"hows it goin [my name] I really like your Facebook profile ! please add request me on SKYPE~ aascsa so we can talk.... kiss Jennifer"

Unsolicited messages of this sort must be illegal?  Just wondering.

I received the same text message. No clue how they got my number and name.

However I received it from 563-275-7338.

Sounds to me like someone is using a phone spoofer. By adding this person i can almost guarantee, he/she has the knowledge of how to take all your prior Skype conversations, video calls, access to your friends list etc, that's why they say to add by Skype. Unfortunately if Skype was just downloaded and installed you are subject to hackers. You need to change your settings and possibly install encryption software for your messages to be safe.
