Recently, I got this phone call almost every day. When I picked up the phone, no body talk,  several seconds late the phone was hanged up.  I tried to call back to this number and was told then number is ‘NOT in service’. The phone ID  for this number is ‘Parkside  WI’.  Someone used a false phone card to call?
