Caller ID "Private".  Called asking for an employee, I asked what it was in reference to.  He said he needed the person in charge of IT.  I asked what it was in reference to, he said "Our phone system upgrade".  I asked for an order number.  Then he said it was a call he makes 3x a year to update us on their offerings.  I pointed him to our website and the contact us form.  He was pleasant, but I'm not passing anyone through that is a telemarketer.  We're too busy for that nonsense.
