Got a call at 6:07 this morning from a robotic voice claiming to be the Internal Revenue Service and stating "The reason for the call is that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information on this case file please call immediately on department number 267-247-6758. I repeat 267-247-6758. Thank you." I didn't pick up and let the machine record it. I reported the number immediately to the IRS

I meant to add: Don't fall for this scam - - they use a different number every day on burner phones. They are crooks not the IRS. IRS doesn't make these calls
