This is Member Solutions, a billing company, We signed our son up for karate @ Forever Driven Martial Arts in Slidell LA. We paid the initial $100 on July 23 (for the month of July). On Aug 1 they billed us $100, then on Aug 5th they billed us another $100. When we called the school, we got referred to Rick Weems Karate (the parent school) They never followed up and we had to fight Member Solutions ourselves, eventually getting our money back ($100) and an explanation saying the school accidentally created two accounts (we only have one kid). They refunded on 14 Aug. On Sept 1, we noticed a $100 dollar charge, then right below it, another $125 was billed, so now we were at $225 on Sept 1. We called the school again as well as Member Solutions. After a big fight, lots of reistance and insults from both the parent school owner and Member Solutions, we cancelled the auto billing, and got $100 back. We also got the explanation that somehow, in Sept (between the 14th of Aug and 1 Sept) a phantom (their word) account was created. We finally got an email from their billing dept saying all accounts were closed and there would be no more auto bill. Well guess what. Oct 1 we will auto billed again. This time we had to cancel our bank card & get a new one issued to keep them out of our bank account. And now, for the last three days we have received multiple calls from them "regarding our account". According to them, we owe them because one account was closed but the other was not. They are also upset because they tried to debit our bank account again and the access number for them was no longer valid. Whatever you do, NEVER give Member Solutions OR Rick Weems Karate/Forever Driven Karate Schools access to your account for automatic billing. You will never get them out of your account and they willdouble bill every chance they get.
