Some kind of internet sales scam- didn't catch name on message

They've been calling me and hanging up often. I blocked some numbers, but they (I'm guessing it's the same people, because it's the only PA numbers that calls me) keep calling :(

Recorded message in progress when I picked up: "Press 1 to verify your online business listing now."

I did not answer the call because did not identify who was calling. They left no message   I blocked the #.

Recording - Update your Google + business listing.  One of seemingly hundreds of "Urgent" update Google listing calls I get each year.  Really?  Does Google really care?  I don't think so.  No doubt trying to sell me something.
