Got a call from a Bella James who stated she was from judicial services on behalf of Philadelphia county district court regarding and that she wants my current address to serve me a court summons on several charges being filed against me. She was very general in the voicemail and gave me a # that she referred to as a docket # and told me to call 855-211-1570. A lady answered and ask for a docket #. She gave no information of her company and continued to use words like litigation, charges against, etc. The 267-293-6309 # on a reveres lookup came back to a residence in Carversville, PA from a landline that is provided by Comcast. The 855-211-1570 # had no info at this time but I will continue to search. Its about Payday Loans. I had a payday loan once and I still do business with them. Account is up to date and they are boosting my credit for the last 4 years. Since I searched for a payday loan I have encountered 5 fraudulent phone calls, with this one being #5.

the 267-293-6309 is connected o the 855-211-1570 #. They are scammers who say they will serve a summons to appear in court for a payday loan. I harassed them all day until they finally agreed to leave me alone. I suggest you do the same. It is all bogus. Please report on this site if you encounter either 267-293-6309 or 855-211-1570. They are ignorant and will hang up on you. The call type would be a fraud company but there is no selection for that, so I left it as unknown.
