Received call from this number but no message.  It is almost guaranteed that any call coming to your number of any importance will leave a message.  The charities and policital folks are unrentless once you make a donation and have a published number and they rarely will leave any message.  Then comes the scammers.  Their always out and about trying to get your money.  Thank goodiness for call ID.

"You were called because your opinion matters"..... sounds like a market research or survey call, which are exempt under the Do Not Call.

called my home phone at 1:22PM. The guy calling left "Hello good afternoon, hello?" as a message. Must have not realized he was speaking to the answering machine.  caller ID read Philadelphia PA.
