I have received over twenty calls from this scam on different telephone numbers. All of these numbers are named "One Key Solution". They misstate that I have purchased from them a computer cleanup program. They misstate that they are from Premium Technical Support, a company I paid.
This time they misstated that I paid $249.00 for this service. This is the price I paid Geek Squad when I purchased my new notebook computer from Best Buy in March, 2013.
I have never contracted with these thieving individuals and I am very tired of their obnoxious calls. How do I stop them? How do I sue them if it is possible?
