This is a Credit Card scam that will order food from a restaurant and want the owner to charge an extra $1000.00 on the bill.  Then when they come in to order the food they will collect the extra money. They are using stolen credit cards.  Its a scam.  When I tried to get info from the "so called" operator, she got extremely irate with me and started yelling at me on the phonr.  When I mentioned the FBI, the line went dead.
