This is the 4th number I've had to block calling my cell with this same scam. American sounding recording "Julia" wanting to give me small business loan. I pressed 1 to talk to someone and guess what? No Americans at all. Very foreign sounding woman in noisy call center. I asked her how many numbers I would have to block before they stopped calling me. Of course she said nothing and disconnected.
Called and left no messages. Further search shows it from a company called "Net-Tel Corporation" and it's a landline. Probably another telemarketer. Other sites calling this a scam call. Cheers!
At first I declined the call. But it looked like an area code where I might know someone. So I called back.
A recording started 'if you want to be placed on do not call...' At this point I hung up and blocked the number.
