it was a text saying i've been approved for a mortgage for 5.29%

I got a text message from this number saying: "You're approved! 4.89% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line! Call Nationwide Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-888-290-8494 Approval Code 48571

Apparently that 888 number has been involved in other text message spamming before, but with another southeast PA (or Philly) number: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-888-290-8494

I too received a spam text message from 1-267-323-6077 saying: "You're approved! 4.89% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line! Call Nationwide Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-888-290-8494 Approval Code 485xx"  When you call the number - it asks you to leave a VM.  Definitely a phishing scam.
