I also received a call from this number, but was not able to answer.  They did not leave a message.

This is a scam.  Called number back using other outside line - after waiting about 30 seconds - you do not hear phone ringing and then an automated voice comes on and says to find out why you were called put in your tele# that you were originally called on.  Yeah ok [***]!  Block!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
