Called and said her name was Carla, that she worked with the County and that she and a Sherrif would be coming out to my house and/or place of employment (sherrif is present to keep her safe, she said), to give a summons for court.  Gave a docket # but would not give any other information as it was confidential.  Has called twice at work and once on cell.  Scammers be gone!
