I called the number. It's from PA, USA; no answer/tone

i just recieved this text message from the number (1)-267-362-3703 ... apparently the "267" is the Levittown, Philadelphia, PA area code. i dont know anybody from Pennsylvania, so  i am a little freaked out as to how they got my number.

i got the text from this number 1-(210)-100-001 reading

i dont know if this is a prank or what, but this person needs to stop. its weird.
