Received a call from phone number 267-388-6401 approximately 10:35AM. I let it kept ringing until he/she hung up. Called the number back later using a different number to check who/what this number could belong to. It kept ringing for some time until someone picked up the phone, but the one picked it up never provided a greeting or an answer. No response, then I hung up.
