number keeps calling - only a single beep, then disconnects.

Keeps calling,saws nothing ,then hangs up.When I called the number back a recording came on stating "your call can not be completed as dialed...."

Has called several times, usually on a Sunday afternoon. Disconnects as soon as answering machine takes the call.

I didnt answer this call, came through on sunday morning. ID caller picked up the name Samuel Karbelee from philadelphia, pa.
called it back, it disconnected...

then I googled the name and got this... dont know what samuel is doing call spamming us. so if someone wants to right a nice little letter to the guy, here is the address
