Not sure who this is.  It could be just someone who legitimately made a mistake in calling me.  They rang my cell phone a few times and hung up and did not leave a voicemail message.  The phone call was around 5:45 p.m., which is a time when telemarketers seem to enjoy calling people.  So, I'm unsure if this was a telemarketer or it was just a wrong number.
