They change the number frequently because almost all modern smartpones have the ability to block numbers from repeat calls, so tey change te number to one tat hasnt been blocked
update: they now call 3 times a day 6 days a week. I have them blocked and it goes right to voice mail. but I still have to look at three reports a day
