Philadelphia, PA call that sounded like a fax.  Phone Service:  Service Electric Telephone, Inc.

They keep calling and wasting space on my answering machine - sounds like a machine checking for a human, rather than a fax connection.

robo fax call....extremely annoying.

It's been five times so far within a matter of 20 min I keep getting a fax machine sound.
