Calls my phone all the time when I answer it tries to fax me something.

U Penn neurology number

They left a message on my machine asking me not to call their phone anymore????Never called them.  I live in Canada.  Tried to call back and said it was an unregistered number.  Guess if they don't want to be called they should leave a proper number.
