The company is Professional Water Service and the calls are automated. People who have water softeners in their homes need regular maintenance on their system, so the company calls customers around the time their system is due for a cleaning. Do you have a water softener in your home? Is it possible that the number they have for you belonged to someone else who may have done business with this company?

I believe this is a water testing company. Seconds after I rejected the call on my cell phone, the land line rang & that's who it was, but I don't caller ID on that phone, so I can't be certain.
It is absolutely a water testing company and they wish to sell you a water softener...and they called me 3 times. I only figured that out after I realized that I had sent them a water sample from a kit I picked up at Home Depot.
Calls from Professional WA. Home Depot offered free water testing. So, they are now calling to sell me a system. I wanted a free test of the water, guess nothing is for free. Doubt they will send me any results of the test.
